HOW IT WORKS

Time Is Of The Essence

It is important to send us your flowers as soon as possible after your event, ideally within 1-5 days. This ensures that your flowers are still fresh when we begin the preservation process, which is crucial for achieving the best results. We accept bouquets from across the UK.

Immersive Artistic Process

At Madeeco, we value the unique story behind each bouquet. We spend several months, carefully taking your flowers through our meticulous processes and turning them into a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Every creation is unique, crafted with dedication and a keen eye for detail, ensuring your memories are preserved in a way that’s as special as the day itself.

every detail considered

We focus closely on every detail of each project, and therefore only take on a limited number of commissions at a time. If you would like us to work on your bouquet, it is best to book with us as soon as you can. We take bookings 6-12 months ahead of the event. A deposit and a completed booking form will reserve your spot.

Frequently Asked Questions

The bouquet will need to be posted as soon as possible after the celebration ends, ideally via next-day delivery service. The fresher the flowers arrive, the better. A detailed 'how-to’ guide will be emailed to you once your booking is secured. If your wedding/occasion falls between Friday - Sunday, your expected postal date would be Monday morning. Alternatively, hand Delivery to our London studio may be arranged by appointment.

We use our expertise to achieve the best results from each bouquet. It is expected for flowers to change colour/deepen through the preservation process. We will use a maximum selection of flowers from your bouquet to create an aesthetically pleasing art piece. If you have a white bouquet, we recommend that a variety of flowers and foliage be sent for preservation to create a versatile art piece.

We focus on capturing the form of the flowers & creating an artistic piece. Although inspiration may be drawn from the original bouquet, we do not directly recreate the original bouquet.

The process of flower preservation is slow and multi-layered, and each bouquet is treated with meticulous care & attention to get the best results possible. It takes between 16-24 weeks for your order to be completed.

Our art pieces are designed to last. We do not artificially change the colour of your flowers with chemical sprays or dyes. Of course, as with any natural product, you may see some changes, such as fading, that can occur over a period. We recommend displaying the frame away from direct sunlight and moisture to minimise this.
